Michael D. Anderson, Esq.



Michael Anderson concentrates his practice in all aspects of Family Law.  This includes divorce, child custody, support, same-sex family law matters, marital agreements, division of marital assets and personal property, paternity, adoption, restraining orders, domestic abuse, contempt matters, modification of judgments and complaints for removal of children from Massachusetts.  Mr. Anderson also provides estate planning and general corporate counsel services.

Mr. Anderson is a member of the Massachusetts State Bar (1991), Massachusetts Federal District Court (1992) and U.S. Supreme Court (2000).  He is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1991) and his undergraduate degree is from Trinity College (A.B. 1988).

Mr. Anderson is well versed in the all aspects of the Probate and Family Court.  His publications include:
